5 Ways to Reduce Your Anxiety

We know right now can we an extremely stressful time and we wanted to share our favourite ways to de-stress and come back to centre! It's okay to feel off-balance, but creating a self-care routine is one way to help you overcome this trying period of time.
Salt and Water have long been revered as energetically cleansing. This classic combination is a powerful way to take care of yourself on a spiritual and emotional level. We recommend a nice warm bath with Epsom, Sea Salt or Himalayan salt and a dash of essential oil for 20 minutes. This is a great way to clear emotions and stress from our aura. Remember to drink water before and after your bath and soak for 20 minutes to release negative energy and debris from your physical and energetic body.
Essential oils are compound extracts from plants and flowers and come in a variety of different scents. Diffuse these scents in your flat, bedroom, or bath and notice the difference. We've listed a few of our favourites below!
Lavender: used to relieve stress and anxiety, also provides restful sleep.
Sandalwood: calm your nerves and help with focus
Lemon: many individuals find this oil to be a mood BOOSTER!
Peppermint: Increase mental focus and alleviate fatigue
