Full Moon Meditation

Join us for a special in-person Full Moon Meditation as we gather beneath the light of the Full Corn Moon, a traditional name given to the Moon that marks the time of harvest, when crops were gathered at the end of the summer season.

For generations, this Full Moon has represented a time of gratitude, completion and abundance. Its bright light and early rise allowed farmers to continue harvesting into the evening, earning it another name, the Harvest Moon, as it often falls close to the Autumn Equinox.

This powerful seasonal transition invites us to reflect on our own personal journey: to acknowledge the growth we have cultivated, release what is ready to be let go, and create space for new intentions as we move into the next chapter.
