As we welcome September, there is a beautiful sense of new beginnings in the air.
After the freedom and spaciousness of summer, this time of year naturally brings us back into a more grounded rhythm. With schools reopening, routines becoming established again and the seasons beginning to shift, there is an opportunity for us to pause, refocus and consciously choose where we want to place our time, energy, and attention for the months ahead.
September has always felt like a wonderful month for reconnection, learning and progression and I am especially excited about everything that is coming up at the Advanced Spiritual Institute.
We have a beautiful series of trainings, teachings, workshops, and opportunities for personal progression unfolding over the coming months. Whether you are beginning your journey, deepening your understanding or feeling ready to take your next step within the lineage, there is so much to look forward to.
