One of the most important truths on the path of spiritual progression is this: you are the leader of your life.

So many people look outwards for direction. We put teachers, leaders, or even spiritual guides on pedestals, believing they hold the key to our destiny. While guidance is valuable, true empowerment happens when you realise that no one can walk your path for you. The responsibility, and the privilege of leadership begins with you.

Placing others above you creates separation “they are greater, I am less.” This illusion keeps you from recognising your own light, your strengths, personal power and unique gifts. Every great visionary, healer, or teacher began in the same place: choosing to step into their own authority. The moment you stop handing your power away is the moment you begin to embody your highest potential, and the best time to do this is today. I invite you now to stop and evaluate who you have consciously or subconsciously put on a pedestal and as a result put them above you. Now lets eliminate the illusion of pedestals and start to regain your power.

Self-leadership is about recognising that you already hold the crown of your life. To “crown yourself” is to live as the sovereign of your choices, energy, and destiny. This does not mean ruling others it means ruling yourself with strength, wisdom, and compassion in all areas of your life everyday.

When you step into self-mastery, you:

• Stop seeking constant validation outside yourself.

• Honour your boundaries and values.

• Lead with clarity, creating impact through presence and purpose.

• Align daily action with your higher vision.
