As we approach the powerful full moon on February 12th, 2025, I wanted to share with you some insights about this unique lunar event and how you can harness its energy for spiritual and physical growth.

This full moon is especially potent as it occurs in the sign of Leo which is a sign known for its boldness, creativity, and confidence. Under the bright vibrant Leo energy, we are invited to shine our light, embrace our true selves, and express our passions unapologetically. It’s a time for each of us to take center stage in our own lives and be proud of who we are and what we’ve achieved in our lives.


During this full moon there are a few things I feel would be helpful to focus on:


Confidence & Self-Expression: Leo energy encourages you to step into your power and express yourself creatively and authentically. Now is the time to showcase your talents and embrace your unique gifts.


Release Ego-Driven Attachments: While Leo’s energy is all about confidence, it also invites us to release any ego-based fears or insecurities. The full moon is a great time to let go of the need for validation and trust in your inherent worth.


Love & Generosity: Leo is ruled by the Sun, the source of all life and energy, making this full moon a time to focus on self-love and self-care, as well as expressing love and kindness toward others. It's also a perfect opportunity to nurture your relationships and cultivate joy.


Courage & Boldness: The Leo full moon is a powerful moment to take courageous steps toward your goals. If there's something you've been hesitating to pursue, this energy can give you the confidence to go after it with all your heart.


Release & Let Go: This is a perfect time to reflect on anything that might be weighing you down emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. Let go of old patterns, limiting beliefs, or negative energies that are no longer in alignment with your highest self.


Gratitude & Manifestation: The full moon is a powerful time for setting intentions and expressing gratitude for all the blessings you’ve received. Take some time to acknowledge your achievements, both big and small, and channel that energy into manifesting your dreams for the future.

Hydration & Detox: The full moon can intensify our body’s need to detoxify. Drinking plenty of water, eating fresh, clean foods, and considering a gentle detox can support your physical well-being during this period.


Sleep & Relaxation: As the moon’s energy can be quite potent, it may disrupt sleep patterns for some. Make sure to prioritise rest and relaxation, setting up a calming night-time relation period for yourself so you can relax and soothe your mind and body before bed.
